440 Kokanee Breaks Ground

Mountain Builders & Design's 440 Kokanee project broke ground this week. The 4 Bed, 3 Bath 2500 square foot mountain modern home is a collaboration between Mountain Builders & Design and Combined Timber Crafts of Gunnison, CO. The project is based in the Riverwalk neighborhood of Gunnison, CO and further details can be found here. This week the foundation was excavated and concrete poured. Check out these progress photos!
